Berkley Square in 1987 with one product and has grown the business to
represent over fifty product lines. Berkley Square's product mix includes
individual wrapped cutlery, cutlery kits, flex straws, and spoon straws.
Rob has designed the innovative packaging for many of the product lines.
His vision and cutting edge perspective on the food service industry has
made him a success in a very competitive market.
Frank Mannarino
National Account Manager for Berkley Square Products
Frank has twenty years of sales management experience in the
Foodservice industry. His entrepreneurial spirit has brought him to head
the Berkley Square product line. Frank's past sales experience with SYSCO
foodservice, James River Paper Company and SOLO Cup Company has been essential
to Berkley Square's growth and market awareness.
Keith Johnson
Midwest Sales Manager for Berkley Square Products
Keith has twenty-five years of sales experience in the foodservice industry.
While working for National Soda Straw, Keith eventually took on the role of
National Sales Manager. After many acquisitions, Keith became the Vice President
of Sales for Clear Shield National. His duties in this position included dealing
personally with major chains such as McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, KFC,
Pizza Hut and Hardees.
Patrick Barbato
Inside Sales Manager for Berkley Square
Patrick's experience, since 1980, has enabled Berk Enterprise to grow successfully
from a small local enterprise into a national provider of products and services.
He has guided the sales force and managed numerous accounts personally. As the
inside contact for Berkley Square sales team, Pat focuses on developing procedures
and guidelines for servicing our customers.
Randall Gougler
Purchasing Agent for Berkley Square Products
Randy has over twenty-six years experience in the wholesale foodservice distribution
industry, with twenty-two of those years in purchasing and inventory management. He
has been an integral part of packaging development and product numbering systems and
has coordinated the introduction of new lines with the Berkley Square team.
Xiaobo Huang LaPresta
Quality Control & Importing Manager for Berkley Square Products
Xiaobo is directly responsible for communicating with our factories in China. She is
involved with the quality control, shipments, and production of our ever-growing product
line. Xiaobo has 12 years experience in International business with marketing and
management in the foodservice industry. She has also contributed her talents in helping
develop new products for our company.
